This User Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the use of our Pet Tracker device and the associated LoRa Tracker mobile application (referred to as “App”). By using our service, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before using the Pet Tracker.
1. Use of LoRa Tracker APP:
1.1 Registration: To use the Pet Tracker service, you must register for an account through the LoRa Tracker App. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
1.2 Device Compatibility: The App is compatible with select devices. Ensure that your mobile device meets the compatibility requirements for the App to function effectively.
1.3 Access: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login information with others. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
1.4 Data Usage: The App may collect and use data related to your pet’s location and activity. This data is used solely for the purpose of providing the Pet Tracker service and improving the user experience.
2. Subscription and Payment:
2.1 Subscription Plans: The Pet Tracker service may require a subscription. Subscription plans, including pricing and features, will be outlined in the App. By subscribing, you agree to the associated fees.
2.2 Payment: Payment for subscription plans will be processed through the App. You are responsible for all charges incurred on your account. Payment information will be securely stored in accordance with our privacy policy.
2.3 Billing and Cancellation: Subscription plans may be billed on a monthly or annual basis, as specified in the App. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App. Refunds, if applicable, will be provided in accordance with our refund policy.
3. Rights and Limitations:
3.1 Ownership: You acknowledge that the Pet Tracker device and the App are owned by ULINK TECH and its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the device, the App, or the data collected.
3.2 Use Restrictions: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Pet Tracker device or the App. You also agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3.3 Liability: ULINK TECH is not responsible for any harm or loss resulting from the use of the Pet Tracker service. You acknowledge that the accuracy of location data may vary, and the service is not a substitute for proper pet care and supervision.
3.4 Termination: ULINK TECH reserves the right to terminate your access to the Pet Tracker service at any time for violations of this agreement or for any other reason.
